DO NOT MERGE

This script was used to few things:

• To find the broken URLs in universe repo. This is again useful in future when we decide to build and host all packages as .dcos files.
• To find the list of assets that have content length (to display progress bar on CLI)
• To perform some analysis on metrics (E.g.: highest size, http->https redirecting endpoints etc..)
• To verify the fix made in [DCOS-45428] Cosmos should not perform URL Decoding for url parameter on /resource endpoing #767. See logs.txt for details of invalid URLs as of Jan 31, 2019. None of the failed URLs have anything to do with [DCOS-45428] Cosmos should not perform URL Decoding for url parameter on /resource endpoing #767
